Spring and autumn are the best times to visit when temperatures are around 25c.
The best months are April, May, June , September and October when sunshine is guaranteed and there is unlikely to be any rain. The summer moths of July and August are very hot by western standards with temperatures as high as 40 C. In the winter moths it can be cold and wet but there will be beautiful clear sunny days as well. Daylight hours are very short though, with sunset as early as 16.20 in December and sunrise at 06.40. Even in late march sunset is at 17.45, and with sunrise at 5.30, so you should take this into account when planning itineraries. In high summer it gets dark at 20.00 and light at 05.15 , so all in all it pays to be an early riser. In Ramadan opening hours are foreshortened , with museums, sites and monuments tending to close at 15.00, so this must be taken into account in your itinerary planning as well.
